Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused/unworn, with labels/tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theofficialssd.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost on returned items unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable; you will be credited only for the products.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns valued at over $50. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Should your return not be approved, you will be contacted to purchase a shipping label in order for us to reship your item.

 

Exchanges
Once accepted, you will be notified within 24 - 48 hours. If damage occurs during transit or as a result of human error, we will gladly ship you a new replacement for the same product. 

Should you choose to return the item for other reasons, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
